Martech Therapy aan de Maas is an event by Matthew Niederberger (Martech Therapy), based in the Netherlands. This notice explains what we keep when you register, and what we do with it. In short: as little as possible.
What we keep
When you register, we keep your first name, your email address, your language preference and the time you signed up, plus the fact that you gave consent. Nothing more. We do not store your IP address.
What we use it for
Only to keep you posted about Martech Therapy aan de Maas: the date, the venue, the format and your spot. No newsletter, no other mailings.
On what basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent. You give it with the checkbox at registration, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who else processes it
For the confirmation email we use Postmark, a transactional email service. Your first name and email address are sent to Postmark for that. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics and there are no advertising tags. We do not track you.
How long we keep it
Until after the event, or until you ask to be removed. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Email [email protected]. If something is not right, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
